Silvia Giovanni's company is a small family business located in the Canavese, on a blessed sunny side of a low hill.
We produce only high quality D.O.C. wines. Particular care is paid to the growth of the grapes and its way from the vinyard to the cellar.
One of the company's best products is the "Passito", a niche a product, a low rendering fom the grapes of the 35%. It requires the right choice ot the piking moment to produce a spectacular finished product.
All of the company's prestige wines come from the same vine: the "Erbaluce di Caluso", a white grape variety which possesses a mild asperity characteristics as well as excellent first class perfumes.
The company's traditional farming methods ensure nothing the highest quality products such as the trellised wine.
